Examples of what I've built.

These are systems I've built, each one scoped to its client. Yours would be shaped around how you work, not copied from a template.

Legal

Private document search for a law firm

The problem
Years of client files that can't go to a public AI service, and finding anything means digging through folders.
What I build
A right-sized AI and search system that runs inside the firm's own network. Staff search by meaning, not file name. A redaction step finds client names and privileged details and masks them, so when the firm chooses to use a larger frontier model, it only ever sees the cleaned text.
What you get
Fast retrieval across the whole file archive, access to the strongest AI models on sanitized material, and original documents that never leave the building.

Redaction is a safeguard that supports attorney review. It doesn't replace it, and I build the review step into the workflow.

Home

A personal AI server that runs the household

The problem
Running a home means a constant stream of small jobs: bills, maintenance, schedules, paperwork. Smart assistants send all of it to someone else's cloud.
What I build
A private server at home that works as a household manager. It keeps track of bills and due dates, maintenance and upkeep, and family schedules, handles the routine paperwork, and controls the smart devices you already own. Start with chat on your phone, or grow it into a whole-house system with touch panels and speakers in the rooms you choose.
What you get
A capable assistant that stays in your house, with no data trail and no subscription deciding what to switch off next year. It can start small and be expanded room by room.
Small business

A home-office workflow that runs the admin

The problem
Invoicing, chasing payments, bookkeeping and month-end eat the hours that should go to the actual work.
What I build
Invoices created and sent automatically, polite follow-ups on late payments on a schedule you set, transactions categorised as they arrive, and a month-end package assembled for you or your accountant. Weekly and monthly reports show the trends and summaries that matter, and a custom CRM is built around how you actually sell.
What you get
The routine loop runs itself and you review the exceptions. You see where the business is heading each week, and the books are ready when the month ends, not three weeks later.
